SUMMER PROGRAMS
Our summer camp programs consist of a comprehensive program
compiled of the following topics
- History, breeds and anatomy of the horse
- Complete grooming of the horse
- Saddling and bridling, tack cleaning
- Stall cleaning and maintenance
- Feeding programs
- Health, general medical care and maintenance
- Various disciplines in the horse world
Hunt seat riding lessons taught by qualified, licensed instructors, each week concludes with a horse show
Hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM. Please feel free to call us for more information on these programs.
We keep our classes limited to ensure individual attention. Our horses and ponies are gentle, well-trained and accustomed to being handled and ridden by children of all ages. Our methods of instructions are fundamentally hands on with supporting video tapes and educational hand-outs. We look forward to introducing your child to the wonderful world of horses. We strive to help them learn, or improve upon their riding techniques as well as how to care for horses in general.
